This Landfall 39 is currently with her seventh owner. She has been based in Southeast Asia since 1988 when sold to her second owner in Singapore. The current owner acquired her in 2009 and been sailing her around Malaysia and Thailand water. She is now on hard stand storage since early 2020. This Landfall 39 is suitable for single handed or a small family of 3. Though one have to expect with the obvious old age she would requires some TLC especially on the exterior wooden section. Mechanical wise; she has 76HP Turbo Charged Yanmar motor that is in good working condition. This old lovely old lady can accommodate up to 4 or 5 people comfortably. For classic yachts design enthusiast, she is a perfect deal! Large window in saloon area with plenty of headroom gives the interior a very homey feeling. If you concern about those feeling of getting a feel of stuffiness in a boat, a total of 17 various sizes of opening hatches and port holes makes air circulation and airing in this yacht literary a breeze. Definitely a great deal! Having started a family and with new baby in tow, her owner is motivated to sell as she is unable to sail her as frequent as she used to.

Cascadia was sailed across the Pacific by her previous owner. Current owner acquired her in Malaysia. After 4 months haul out in Pangkor where she had her bottom hull painted, the owner cruised around Malaysia waters and finally sailed her up north in Langkawi where she is now. The boat has been on dry storage since early 2020. This petite lady is perfect for day sailing as well as living onboard. Her wood finishing interior is still in a very good condition. Don’t be fooled with her small figure, she comes with ample storage spaces from bow to stern, you would be surprised! Due to the difficulty in travelling because of the pandemic. The current owner of this yacht decided to let her go. She is a nice little lady, with basic easy to maintain setup, this Cape Dory 30B is the perfect boat for a young couple or single sailor who wants to live life to the fullest!

RAmparts 2100-CL ASD Tug with 50T BP currently under construction and scheduled for delivery Q2 2022  The vessel has been designed and built to Lloyds Class requirements with the following notation LR +100A1 Tug, *IWS, +LMC, UMS, Restricted Service.  The rule length has been kept under the 24 m Loadline and tonnage convention limits while optimizing for maximum hull volume, resulting in improved accommodation spaces and crew comfort. The hull and skeg of the RAmparts 2100-CL have evolved to provide improved manoeuvring and side stepping capabilities. As with all RAmparts series vessels, the hull has been optimized for maximum thrust and bollard pull, while maintaining excellent manoeuvring and sea-keeping. A half-raised forecastle deck helps to keep the working deck safe and dry, while a gently rounded deck line in plan to ensure that the tug can safely and easily come alongside and remove itself from an attended ship at speed. Most importantly, the characteristic double chined stern unique to all Robert Allan Ltd. designs ensures that the tug can run astern at high speeds and maintain good control and directional stability. The propulsion machinery to comprise of two Caterpillar 3512C(HD) marine diesel engines each rated 1500 kW at 1600 rpm, coupled to Schottel SRP 360FP azimuth rudder propellers to provide a bollard pull of 50 tonnes ahead and an expected bollard pull of 45 tonnes astern with the main engines developing 100% power.

FV Nessie J, designed and built by Stark Bros of NZ in 2009, at 13.3m x 4.14m – a great example of a traditional NZ Kauri built traditional inshore trawler from the Stark Bros stable. As with many other Stark Built commercial trawlers it has been designed, built, then operated, repaired and maintained by the family to the highest standards since launching. The capabilities and presentation of this 10 year old vessel will impress. Built in NZ Kauri, carvel planking with Hardwood ribs, keel and decks, this is one of those traditional fishing boats built to last, fitted with modern Stability Wings, providing a stable platform for crew comfort and fishing operations. With the fishing electronics you would expect on an inshore trawler , a Skipper and 1 crew can fish in a wide range of conditions, maximising value with a maximum of 180 bins of fresh fish, in the refrigerated fish hold. It is currently fishing, but due to additional vessels joining the Stark Family fleet, it is now being marketed for sale.

I have 26,000nm in the Southern Ocean on my own carbon pre-peg sailing boat. I speak from hands on experience. Triple 8 benefited from the 2nd owner's excellent racing knowledge and New Zealand’s impressive professional community to fine tune her. Ataraxia is boat for cruising anywhere. As a custom design motor yacht, it has been built as as part of a lifelong dream of two boating enthusiasts. Peter & Nicole have sailed in various destinations around the world. They have been involved in boat building, engineering and boat sales, and during their stay in South Africa, volunteered as crew at Hout Bay NSRI (Sea Rescue). Peter & Nicole know boats, the seas and sailing. So it may come as a surprise that when it came to building their own dream boat, they opted for a motor yacht instead of a sailing vessel. They were won over by the sleek design that offers efficiency, economy and comfort. Finding a boat design for Ataraxia that’s efficient, economical and eco-friendly. When looking to the best boat design, Peter & Nicole settled on Tad Roberts Passagemakerlite. This is a concept that brings power boating into the eco-age. The vessel has an ultimate hydrodynamic hull, designed to be as fuel efficient as possible. Yet the design still caters for a comfortable and spacious interior. Because of the efficient Passagemaker lite hull design, Ataraxia has a range of up to 4000 miles at 6,5 knots. The vessel has a maximum speed of 11 knots for a restricted range. Built in Denmark at Marstal 1963 this small single deck vessel is a very solid workhorse that has served Lord Howe Island from Yamba, NSW for many years and is now operated in Tonga by the same Owners.. The vessel would be suitable as a Pacific or Caribbean island trader. She is 42.96m loa and draws 2.826m when laden. She has a single hatch of 19.2m x 5.0m serving a single hold of 25m x 7.6m x 2.4m, and is equipped with a Hiab 1165 Marine crane capable of lifting 4.2mt at 2.6m. Main engine is a B&W Alpha V405 5 cylinder 220 kW 300 RPM giving 9 knots in fair sea on1.3 tonne per day gas oil. She has a separate 20,000 ltr bulk fuel tank fitted in the hold, as well as fuel double bottom tanks. She was rebuilt at Harwood Slipway NSW in 2005. Extensive steel replacement and machinery upgrades were carried out to ensure Worldwide Unrestricted Navigation (including tanktop replacement and steel blasting and epoxy coating of DB tanks). Last SS was in Owners yard in Cebu in 2010 with intermediate docking June 2012, Fiji. Currently in Tonga local survey (reports available to named buyers). Fully functional to continue operations, after it has dockings and some repairs, but for sale as is where is. Owners could guide any buyer on the cheapest and best way to get the ship back in to service. They estimate that to put her back into class in good condition would cost between 50-100KUSD. If she were to go into local Pacific Island service this cost would be must cheaper.

"HINEWAI, a fitting name for the versatile RAmparts 2500CL ASD tug built by Cheoy Lee Shipyards in Hong Kong for the port of Timaru in New Zealand. Meaning Water Girl in Maori, she is the third ASD tug delivered by Redwisefrom Hong Kong to New Zealand. The Tai Timu andTai Pari, both of the RAstar2400W design of the Canadian based naval architects Robert Allan Ltd, were delivered under own power to the port of Tauranga in 2015 and like the HINEWAI built by Cheoy Lee shipyards. While the 2015 deliverieswent via Noumea, this time a more “scenic” routing was elected through the Sulu Sea in thePhilippines, the Banda Sea in Eastern Indonesia, the Arafura Sea to Torres Strait and onwards inside of the Great Barrier reef to Townsville for bunkers and fresh provisions. Obviously the scenery was not the driving factor, but chosen to avoid the weather in the Pacific by taking a more sheltered route. It proved to be a welcome extra for Redwise’s, Master and crew from The Netherlands and Indonesia. Again, one of many delivery voyages that is typical for the global nature of our industry with four continents involved in one project: an Asian principal and shipbuilder, North American designers and engine builders, European ship deliverers and thruster makers all cooperating for an Owner and operator based in Oceania".

S/Y CAPO DI FORA is a fast and comfortable sailing yacht for long voyages. Her design and philosophy were inspired by the first Open 60 Imoca designed by Groupe Finot, and from the well-known series of the Levriers des Mers also designed by Groupe Finot and built by Leguen Hemidy. The result is a performance cruising yacht, stable in all conditions and equipped with racing type rigging with a carbon mast, but also with exceptionally comfortable accommodation. CAPO DI FORA has twin rudders, which give great stability especially down wind. The construction is excellent. All the bilges are painted and the thermal insulation adds to the comfort. She has had one owner and underwent a major refit in 2003 and 2010.

The first of two tugs ordered by the Port of Tauranga, New Zealand has completed its 30-day voyage to start work. The new tug Tai Pari arrived recently following a 30-day voyage from builder Cheoy Lee’s yard in Hong Kong. She will be joined at the end of the month by her stable mate Tai Timu. The new tugs form part of a $20 million project for the Port of Tauranga and represent one aspect of the ongoing $350 million capital expenditure programme. The new tug is easy to find, and has been painted in the same rescue yellow as the pilot boat Arataki. Tai Pari will have a quiet weekend, but is expected to start training with the port’s tug crews next week before beginning work later this month. The Tai Pari has had a month of running and the engines didn’t miss a beat during the delivery voyage.

Foreign crews are expected to sail the "little toots" out of Wellington Harbour early next month on a two-month voyage to Dubai via Singapore, after they were sold to Delta Offshore International for an undisclosed sum. Captain Charles Smith, the Toia's first captain, said it would be sad to farewell the vessels. Now CentrePort's marine services manager, Smith was on board Toia when it first sailed into Wellington Harbour on February 22, 1972, after its delivery voyage from Whangarei. That maiden voyage 42 years ago was skippered by Wellington's then harbourmaster Bill Galloway, with Wellington Harbour pilot John Westbrooke as mate and newly appointed tugmaster Smith as second mate. Smith recalled how he was given two weeks' training for the Toia tugmaster's job by deputy harbourmaster Cyril Sword before taking command."It was a case of suck it and see without any formal training other than some brief exposure to Voith handling on the Voith tug Waitangi in Whangarei."Since its arrival, Toia's engines have operated for 36,500 hours, mostly on Wellington Harbour duties. But Toia has also done charter operations in the ports of Napier, Bluff, Lyttelton, Nelson and Taranaki. It has also towed five small, aged vessels out into Cook Strait on scuttling missions. During its time in Wellington, Toia assisted 32,700 vessels and used 5.4 million litres of fuel."Toia and Ngahue have overseen some 57,000 ship movements and safely guided countless passengers and freight in and out of Wellington Harbour. They are popular with the public and will definitely be missed," Smith said.Ngahue was launched in Whangarei on October 15, 1977. It arrived in Wellington on December 3, 1977, and was commissioned in January 1978. In recent years, CentrePort had bought the Asian-built tugs Tapuhi (2012) and Tiaki (2007), which each have bollard pulls of 68 tonnes - more than twice the 28-tonne pulls of Toia and Ngahue. The new tugs are more than capable of handling the many cruise liners of more than 300 metres long that call into Wellington
