Established in 1996, Izmir Shipyard is a builder with a focus on small to medium size vessels of HDPE construction. Stock designs include patrol boats, pilot boats, workboats, and utility crafts for commercial and public customers. Over 50 vessels have already been delivered and SeaBoats are proud to market them all over the world. The shipyard has invested heavily on HDPE technology and can now deliver any of the stock boats in just a few weeks from order. Moreover , HDPE can offer a number of advantages : unsinkability, long life (no corrosion of any kind), shock absorbing, resistance to marine growth (no bottom painting required). IZ 1300 is available in Patrol Boat or Pilot Boat configurations. Classified by RINa (or Turkish Loyd) the vessel has a build time of just 16 weeks. Combining a high freeboard forward and low aft platform, this innovative design allows patrol or pilot work to be carried out in a very safe and comfortable manner. This HDPE vessel was designed to carry heavy cargo and operational equipment on the aft cockpit while also having a comfortable cabin arrangements for long term operations. No structural maintenance would be needed nor any painting or antifouling ever. Standard power is 2 x diesel engines (FPT N67) with traditional straight drive propulsion. Speed is over 30 knots with 2 X 309 kW. Built to be strong and reliable IZ 1300 is a perfect choice if you require a safe and versatile platform, able to perform in all sea-conditions.

Construction is UV resistant HDPE 100 sheets from Röchling®, state of art hand welding and structurally integrated all-around fenders for durability. IZ 900 is the smallest of the Passenger Craft Series, and is an innovative, eco-friendly and cost effective solution for commercial operators of various sectors. The boat is characterized by high safety standards, compact design and efficient layout for a comfortable journey. Combining a high level superstructure for greater visibility, ease of maneuvering as well as a low GM for the best stability for safest operations, IZ 900 is an excellent HDPE passenger boat. IZ 900 was designed carry up to 14 passengers in rough seas even around places without proper docking facilities. The vessel can take passengers both from the bow and the aft and has a life cycle of 30+ years without requiring any major maintenance or painting.

The large aft deck has been designed to allow easy entrance and exit , as well as taking onboard unconscious people. Standard engine is FPT N67 419 kW @ 3,000 rpm, with prop or waterjet propulsion. Speed is 35 knots.

This proven design was developed as a Patrol vessel, Pilot boat or Fisheries control, to work on a variety of maritime environments. Thanks to its jet driven propulsion she can sail as fast as 36 knots and can also be employed in shallow waters or challenging conditions. With foam filled HDPE fendering tubes and a hull comprising 6 watertight sections, IZ 1600 is absolutely unsinkable and extremely safe. Standard power is 2 x IVECO C13ENT diesel engines. Power is 484 kW @ 2600 rpm for a service speed of 34 knots. Built to be strong and reliable IZ 1600 is a perfect choice if you require a safe and versatile platform, able to perform in all sea-conditions.
