Comments:
Vessel inspected and in compliance with Transport Canada Large Fishing Vessel Regulations. The vessel has been mechanically maintained with rebuilt
engines and machinery. The electrical has been updated and all the systems are in good working order.

 

Various comments from owners:
There was an ultrasound completed in 2017 and Lloyds inspection for condition.

The vessel holds 430,000 lbs comfortably; they had 460,000 lbs a few times. She last fished in early 2025.

 

The refrigerant is Ammonia, There are 3 150hp Sabroe compressors that run 4 Horizontal freezers and also the fish hold. They added a freon compressor in the engine room a couple years ago to run the fish hold separately, the fish hold can be run by either system. They would say it will take $60 to $100,000 CDN to get the system working again. Stand alone 25 ton a day slush ice maker on deck. Consumption : 4500 to 5000 litres a day depending on the fishing, when you are just cruising its 3500 to 4000 litres a day. There are 22 bunks on board.
