The Seaflyte is a 35-meter-high speed aluminium mono hull passenger ferry. The vessel is surveyed to carry 277 passengers and five crew members.  It is powered by two C32 Caterpillar diesel engines, each developing 1050kw of power which gives the vessel a top speed of 30 knots.  Electrical power is generated by a C4.4 Caterpillar Generator. The vessel has capacity for 10 luggage crates below deck, operated with a crane SWL 800kg and capacity for 150 push bikes on the bow.
